With 40 years experience in the Building & Property Renovations Industry, Simon began his career as a Tiler at the age of 15, which he has well and truly mastered in his skill in that time.

From Tiling the Oyster Bar in the Hotel Savoy, London, to private homes of the Elite in Windsor, The Avenue St John’s, Mayfair, Abby Road, Simon’s attention to detail is second to none, making him one of the most sought after tilers in the Industry, nationwide.

His skill doesn’t stop in the building industry though! Simon also has significant experience in festivals and events in set building & design working for companies such as Harley Davidson (project Livewire), and has toured as a live events sound engineer for some of the music industries most renowned musicians, singers & bands including Brian May!

In his downtime, Simon is an avid Motorbike enthusiast who has been featured in the Practical Sports Bike Magazine, with the Drag Bike (affectionately known as ‘Scooby’), which he re-built. Louise is the person you will deal with behind the scenes of your project; A graduate of the British College of Interior Design, Louise is highly enthusiastic about helping to create and bring your home renovation vision to life.

Accomplished in her own right, Louise is a NeuroVoice Coach by trade with over twenty five years experience as an expert in her field. Her international scale achievements have been seen in FOX, CBS News, ABC, NBC, plus more.

Having personally worked with, and been mentored by Forbes Top 20 entrepreneurs in the field of PR, Advertising and Marketing Management for business development in small business, Louise manages the office day-to-day, with a strong focus on client relations & communication, which resulted in Neways Group receiving the 2024 BEST OF HOUZZ AWARD for CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When not managing the Neways Team, Louise can be found writing & recording her own classical crossover music, coaching and mentoring professional singers, songwriters and aspiring voice coaches at Creative Singing Studios, and volunteering in the local community.

A highly valued member of our team, Matthew (aka ‘Fez’) is a multi-skilled carpenter, painter & decorated and all round handyman who we have been inviting to join our team for several years! We’re so thrilled to have him join the family!

Committed to excellence and continuous learning, Zach stays ahead of the evolving digital landscape to effectively connect and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients through engaging content and communications.

Working closely with Louise, Zach will take the lead in managing our website and marketing campaigns.

2024 UK Youth Builder of the Year Finalist - Commendation Award Winner, and 2023 National & (Central) Regional Award Winning Apprentice of the Year, Seth has found his niche in carpentry working with our exclusive Impervia flooring range.

Having grown up in the building industry, his father was a carpenter and site foreman, predominantly working on new build development projects, which exposed Seth to various aspects of the building industry from a young age.

Seth’s career with Neways Group started at the age of 16, working as a labourer and assistant both on site and in the office prior to commencing his carpentry & joinery apprenticeship through City College Norwich, which he is now in the final stages of completing.

When not working with the Neways team, Seth is actively involved in the local community, loves to work out at the gym, has a keen interest in psychology and mental health, and has his own E-Sports Team and YouTube channel (which he will of course ask us to conclude this by stating: “remember to like, and subscribe to” his channel DJFoxie)!

Plumbing & Heating Engineer

While he may come across as being shy, Christian has over 18 years of continuous experience in the plumbing and heating industry. Gas Safe registered, he is very similar to Simon in relation to his level of attention to detail when carrying out (Bathroom) refurbishment works.

Specialising in high end bathrooms, Christian has been a valued part of the Neways team for several years, sharing the company ethos to carry out works to a high end standard with a friendly, reliable and honest approach.
