At Neways, we believe in treating all our clients' and their homes as we would want our own family and home to be treated; with respect, care, and meticulous attention to detail. Our ethos can be simply summed up through the Golden Rule: ‘Treat others as you would like to be treated!’

  • We believe all our employees and contractors are worthy of being paid for their hire in a timely fashion, and we understand, value and appreciate financial stresses are the number 1 cause of death-by-suicide* in the building industry; it is for this reason we request deposits and regular phased payments from clients throughout projects - in order to ensure our employees and contractors do not need to stress about how they are going to take care of their families, put food on the table and pay their bills!

  • We believe in ensuring project sites are kept as clean and tidy as possible, and we ensure our sites are prepped and ready for our team to be able to get on with their job from the moment they arrive, thus reducing their stress levels and ultimately saving our clients money.

As a small, family-owned company, we believe the greatest service we can offer our clients, is our INTEGRITY!

  • We don’t underprice our estimates in order to win a project.

  • If the scope or scale of a project changes after commencement, we will always inform you of any price adjustment, and have these approved by you.
